According to a new survey of employers need in 2011, conducted by Monster.com, there will be a significant upsurge in the hiring of IT personnel in 2011.This does not mean that IT professionals can expect a return to the heady days of the early 1990s when they could command particularly high salaries, as there is now far more competition in the field, a lot of it coming from still developing countries.

Outsourcing of jobs in the IT sectors is done in three ways; one is to outsource IT project work to workers in still developing countries, another is when companies relocate to other countries and choose to hire local labor, because it is cheaper, and the last form of outsourcing is to provide H-1 visas to IT workers from other countries with emerging markets.
